So we had the first half of our anatomy scan today. We were hoping to find out the sex as well as get measurements on other organs. Unfortunately, baby was asleep on its back with head tilted back. He/she would stretch (so cute), but refused to roll over or show us the goods.We got to see arms, legs, fingers and toes. Heart had all four chambers & wonderful heartbeat rhythm. A good little face shot, but only briefly.
There is also some discrepancy on our EDD. Originally based on my LMP they had me due on October 16th. Baby is measuring right at 20 weeks, and what the tech could see seems 100% healthy. So nothing of concern in that regard. So we got our EDD adjusted to 10/25/11. :)
So not exactly what we hoped for, but we go back for another u/s on July 5th. I am encouraged that the tech said that everything looks good just that baby wasn't cooperating to get much more information that they need for a complete scan. Oh well, next time!
